We will begin the repair cycle only after receiving written acknowledgment from you. Normally this takes the form of a return fax of our quote with a signature, a date and a purchase order number. As long as the proper information is included, any format is accepted.

3) Update

Weekly update reports are sent out every Wednesday. A reminder notice will be sent out if you have not approved the repair, and a Repair Progress Report will be sent if your unit has been approved and is under repair.

3. Repair Process

1) Evaluation

All parts not already in-house are ordered.

2) Repair

After all parts and information have been gathered, your unit is cleaned and repaired by an ERD technician.

3) Testing

After each unit is repaired, the item is tested. Those that can be tested under full load conditions will be tested to guarantee performance.

4) Shipping

Your unit is properly prepared for shipping. Included in the packing information is a completion report that details what was done to repair your unit. It is warrantied for two years according to our terms.
