The long answer: Our technicians average over 20 years of experience over a huge cross section of industrial electronics. There is not much in the way of electronics we haven't seen and fixed.
We don't just repair units, we refurbish them to as like-new condition as possible. The end result is more peace of mind for you and your organization.

Payments
Our payment policy is designed to ensure ERD is a continuing healthy business.
It is simple: Payment in full is required prior to return shipment of repaired units. We accept all major credit cards.
High volume customers can often secure 30-day terms provided they remain current in their remittances to ERD. It is our policy to periodically review the payment history of our customers.
Our service capabilities are unique in the industry as exemplified by our presence in over 45 countries. Our payment policy allows us to serve you today and in the future.
Rush Orders
We handle rush orders in the fashion they were intended - quickly. We defined a rush repair as a maximum 3 business days repair cycle (subject to parts availability). ERD has one of the largest parts inventory in the industry and can often repair your unit the same day.
- Rush repair requests are quoted and sent back to you for approval within 2 hours of arriving at ERD.
- Our three-day time frame allows us to overnight in parts not in inventory and execute the repair of your unit.
- Your unit is then rushed back to you according to your instructions with our 2 year warranty. ERD provides you with a report of what we found wrong and the steps we took to repair your unit.
Damage
Receiving Damage:
ERD carefully inspects for shipping damage and verifies units received against shipping papers. You will be notified immediately of any damage and/or discrepancies. We will hold all items including shipping materials for inspection and will do so pending further instruction from you. ERD is not responsible for any incoming shipping damage or shipping discrepancies. ERD is not responsible for packages lost in shipment.
For items of $500.00 or greater it is recommended that shipping be processed with a "Declared Value" (i.e. insured) to avoid unnecessary losses or damages if incurred.
Shipping Damage:
ERD makes every effort to properly package your shipment. Upon receipt, inspect the carton for external damage and advise the carrier immediately. If the carton does not show signs of damage but you discover internal damage, notify ERD immediately.
